Freight Options
Items to be sent to a Residential Address will be sent via ego.com.au This is an online booking and communication only courier company however unlike many other companies they will deliver to a residential address. They can only be contacted via email or via their website for any tracking enquiries.
Items to be sent to a Business Address will be sent through either TNT Business freight or Allied Express business freight. I have found these two to be the most reliable and very competitively priced. They can be contacted via phone for any tracking enquiries and are very quick to respond should any problems arise.
Items will be dropped to the companies respective depots when ready for despatch and consignment numbers are emailed to you direct from the courier once the item is booked for transit.
Freight insurance is available through all carriers at extra cost. While freight insurance isn't a necessity as the companies i use have proven to be pretty good Bolsys will take no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit unless insurance is taken out.
